It was a bright, beautiful day in June when J and I traveled to San Antonio so I could shoot Aimee’s Bridal Session.
We traveled miles down country roads, dust kicking up behind the tires. I stared out the passenger window, armadillo, cacti and bright summer sun.
Then, Lost Mission.
This beautiful Spanish-style wedding venue is nestled in heart of Texas Hill Country. Pulling up to the gate, I knew we were entering somewhere special.
Before entering the property, I jumped out of the car and began documenting her day.
I so love the details, Lost Mission was full of them.
As we drove up, I could tell every detail was considered during the creation and design.
Sights, landscaping, textures – J and I felt like we’d stepped back in time.
It was amazing. It IS amazing.
There was a white horse on the property.
Seriously.
Aimee walked out to greet me. This was the first time we’d met face to face.
She was beautiful. Beaming.
Love is always becoming. She wears it quite well.
Her joy is 1,000 watts.
Aimee, I’m so delighted you chose to work with me. You are lovely, through and through. Your grace and beauty are timeless!
Katy, again, thank you. When I question my business model, you send another friend, and remind me once again… it works.
With gratitude,
Kate
