Day After Session: What is it? It’s an opportunity for the Bride and Groom to let down their hair and take the photos they can’t take during their Wedding Day. During the Wedding and Reception celebration, there are guests to greet, formal pictures to take and fun to be had. This doesn’t leave a lot of time for creative and emotive photography between just the Bride and Groom. Having a session for just the Bride and Groom after the Wedding Day solves this. Feeling relaxed, the couple can take their time, express themselves candidly and document the chemistry between them, that often gets lost in front of a crowd of people. It’s also a terrific opportunity for couples who didn’t have a great experience during their Wedding Day, to recreate and document their love all over again.
While making plans for their Wedding Day Photography, Jill, Lee and I knew we wouldn’t have the time to creatively document their love story with the authenticity it deserved.
So, right from the start, we planned to capture those moments during a Day After Session.
They were fun.
They are in love… and I love what we got.
Thank you, Jill and Lee, for a wonderful evening and a remarkable experience. You are a joy to know and wonderful to work with. Thanks for making my job easy!
With gratitude,
Kate
